I learned this study method nine years ago in college as I was mentored by a woman named Brooklyn from a nearby church in Beaumont, Texas. She would come out to speak and teach at Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), and we formed a group of young women where she diligently studied with us for a certain length of time.

Now almost a decade later, I can share my journal entries with you and continue using this study method. You can also try it out with your favorite scripture or bible story. This study method was originally introduced/created by Rick Warren's Bible Study Methods: "12 Ways You Can Unlock God's Word."
